It’s so good to see how far you have come. I started following you last year around this time when you was in the shelter with him. You are an amazing mom. I also suffer with depression and I to have bad days or sometimes weeks but I just push through for my kids. Keep pushing, you got this and people who don’t suffer from depression will never understand. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🤗
For stress levels or depression what I do now is I go to the gym in the mornings. Try going to the gym in the mornings when you drop off your son if you able to go in the mornings. Mornings are the best time to go I don’t know why but when you start your mornings off working out it clears your mind and you feel so relaxed. It just starts my day off to a fresh start.

Awww youre a good mom Tiona. You should teach him to say "thank you mommy" for him to start showing appreciation of what his mommy does for him. Cause this is something you dont HAVE to do. Gratefulness & appreciation are great things to teach children. So that way when they get older they won't be those kind of people no one likes. Just a suggestion, its your child so up to you.

I'm praying for you, for myself and for everyone who suffers with anxiety/depression/panic attacks🙏🏽 I've been trying to find a combination of ways to cope, hopefully before it comes to needing medicine. Basically praying, talking with my husband, reading spiritual words, and doing little hobbies that I like have been helping. Sometimes I take the olly stress relief gummies. Just taking it one day at a time ❤
