So i like the teory that Sans didn't use his powers because they are unstable and using his powers to the player apart for the part that he used IT to find them would break the seal on his powers ,and that is whi he used a gun or because he wanted to make the player suffer before ending them and using his powers would ne to easy in the player

Well- Yes. But the part about his powers was that Sans *can't* use his magic/powers because of the seal and they only activate when he has negative emotions (negative emotions trigger his powers to become even more unstable), so yeah.
