DOCTOR WHO 2008 Proms (Murray Gold) - THEME RECREATION

Celebrating 60 years of Doctor Who,
Here's the last of my mini series covering Murray Gold's earlier themes of the revived series.
This is a recreation of the Series 4 Proms theme from 2008 heard only during the 2008 show "Doctor Who at the Proms".
This version is slightly longer than the "full" version of the 2008 theme and, to my knowledge, has never been released for purchase or download, having only ever been played live during the 2008 Proms. It features a bassline solo just after 'melody 2' but before the middle 8 and an extended start to the closing fanfare.

I would love to hear a recreated version of 'Doomsday' from the 2008 proms. That was my favourite ever version with Murray's piano solo in the middle! If you could recreate that, you would make me a very happy man! 😁

convincing choirs and singing voices are a bit of a challenge to get right electronically, unless I were to sing it myself of course 😂
No promises, but I'll have a look and see what I can do.

Damn fantastic they should of used the og theme for Tennant. I wasnt fond of the woke crap being forced into doctor who but besides that David Tennants face is welcome on my screen.
