UPDATE! (8/1/23) when you log in with say Twitch or RUclips, but you want to be using Botrix for Kick, you need to click on the settings button for Kick under profile

when multistreaming on twitch and kick at the same time can you now use labels on botrix for both twitch and kick at the same time when multistreaming
I believe so. I think you'll just need to create it for kick, then bounce over to the twitch settings in botrix by selecting profile > settings under twitch and doing the labels there.
labels worked and loaded but now they won't refresh / update even if I do it manually. When I recreate the label through botrix it shows the most recent follower but then on OBS it's wrong :/
when you recreated them in botrix, you generated a new code most likely. So you will need to delete the browser source in obs and then make a new one with the new code that botrix has generated.

Do you use botrix for more than one platform? (like for multi streaming). I only ask because that might be the issue too.
Can someone help me please everytime I go to my last follower it doesn’t show it just says last follower Botrix and I don’t know how to get it to switch to the actual person who followed me
go to profile > select the platform > settings > and make sure it says the platform you want on the top left of the screen.
hello i have a question my total numbers of subs on the kick label is still on 0 and i got 3 subs on kick
Double check that the sub settings on botrix is correct. If you signed in with say Twitch or RUclips to get into botrix, you need to go to profiles > kick and then set up the label there and paste the browser source link. If that all checks out, maybe try refreshing the source in streamlabs or obs studio and see if that helps.
How to refresh these labels?
It doesn't look like there is an option for that with botrix.
I got mine setup but it jus says "BotRix" as my most recent follower when I know that isn't true... any ideas?
so in botrix it says at the top that "for the labels to work it is necessary to have the ChatBot active and the Alerts Widget".
So youll need to make sure that is setup too. In chatbot just enable it, make botrix a mod in your stream, and then you'll want to have the alert for the label active in your alerts widget on botrix.

Hey there , BotRix is linked and everything but it won't show on my chat and on the events labels my last follower says " no data ". Any ideas ? I have the BotRix browser extension as well...
youtube streams have to be unlisted or live for it to get the chat feed. If you are streaming on twitch or kick then it will work even when offline. Make sure you read my pinned comment on this video to ensure you have it setup correctly.
hey@@CreoVox thanks for taking the time to answer. I stream on Kick and I made sure everything is set up correctly , it does show the followers count on event labels but I get no data on the last events ( Follower , sub.. ). Weird.
Hmm. Maybe try refreshing the widget? I know in the past I have had to redo the whole thing and have it generate me a new code and that would fix it. Not sure what else could fix it. sorry =/
