In this video, I have explained how to model the Circular column in Spaceclaim. The Dimensions of the column are as follows,
Height = 3000 mm
Diameter = 500 mm
Main Reinforcement = 8 No's-#20mm
Ties/Stirrups = #8mm @ 250 mm c/c

If linear command is not working......then copy the object and move to required spacing .....U can do in this way also......
