Im so glad I found your channel. I cried listening to her rendition of Wicked Game and this one I think because I could feel her in me, she is so charismatic, she draws me in with her talent and watching her wield it. You are the first to also cry so I found someone else that has felt what I felt, plenty of reactions that were blown away but fell short in the emotional reaction...so heartwarming to not be alone in this.
Surprisingly no chairs turned for her on kids Voice Russia and she gave a great performance that day ! I think the judges didn't know what to do with her because most of her song had yodeling.Good on her to keep plugging on! The deep voice surprised me though, since it was a lot higher 2 years ago .

It's very strange. Some very rare artists seem to be connected directly with the elements of the world vibrating with them. Diana seems connected with the bowels, the suffering, the depth and the fire of the earth. Her voice is shamanic, guttural, cavernous and very very beautiful. It is something exceptional. In another different but similar example I think of Angelina Jordan who seems to be connected with the vibrations of the sky and the stars when she sings. These kind of artists are so special and so beautiful. When these amazing performers sing, they connect us with the vibration, grandeur and endless depth of life. It is a huge gift for them to give us this and for us to receive it. A great human sharing.

All 4 judges were so caught up in the performance that they panicked when they thought the song was ending and slammed their buttons. Loved your reaction and can't wait to see you react to all the other Diana songs. They are all so different but she makes every one her own with her unique style and voice. I love punk and goth (and lots of other stuff besides). And this song, with her awesome voice, and with the primal power, emotion, and depth it exudes, fits right in. And that yodelling type technique transferred to this musical context really adds to that raw power and emotion. Just awesome! It makes my eyes water too ...

I´m so glad to see you did a reaction video with Diana and my favorite song from her...and as you said Beth this isn´t all about her voice this is about the whole performance and it´s totally WORLDCLASS . She sings her hearth out with an expression that get´s even an old bear like me to have tears in my eyes. *From what I know on her story* ....what hard fate this girl had. She did not know her father, the mother was a complete alcoholic and constantly gave birth to many siblings, 8 of which were aborted. Her mother did not feed her, constantly hitting and even tried to drown her in the bathtub but in the end she threw her away in the night like a kitten on the street with a broken collarbone. 3 year old Diana was picked up on the street by her own relatives, but since she did not talk at all, they thought that she was mentally retarded and gave her to an orphanage. From the orphanage, she was taken by her foster mother and in 5 years gave her to vocal courses to develop her speech. It is through the efforts of the foster mother that we see this unique treasure.

This is an old wedding ritual song, it's like a puzzle, it consists of phrases taken from ritual songs. The showmanship is so good because she is trained in a school that taught theatrics, dancing, singing, yodelling, acting, comedy, master of ceremony work, and street performing. She has been in a number of singing/dancing/comedy/MC duets. She is also trained in staging and costumes. She was dancing at age 5 and doing world class solo performances at age 10. On top of that she is a very sweet person

Best way I can explain her style, is that she's the polar opposite of Dimash!! He's known for the insane highs for a man, with insane technique, she naturally sings in an insane low register for a woman, with just as insane technique!! Love your reactions as always!!!
