Love those Ponchos, Eric! But I never thought I'd hear you playing "Wipeout!". You can add that to the chapter in your memior entitled "What Musicians Have to Endure"...
Thank you so much Eric ,You’re an inspiration you’re the best I just love listening to you I’ve got some Congas LP ash the heavy great sound just can’t slap
Master!!! Excellent!!! Master, where is the bests states oportunity for percussioner and trumpet players can grow up and share performers with masters like you and others? Thanks
Not really your style of music! I’m 71 years old and at this age will only play my style of music because if I can’t enjoy it why play it? I guess the money was worth it! Your still young so have time on your side! God Bless!
I seen a video of yours from 4 years ago. Not gona lie it was horrible, but to see how comfortable you are on camera now is amazing bro. I can’t ever do that shit 💯💯💯🤣… btw, can you try to do podcast episode every once in a while with selected people. Giovani first bro 💯💯💯
You have everything listed in the description except what Conga cases you're using! LOL Can you hook a brother up? Looking for some new ones, thanks bro
Nice one Eric! Was that a conga and quinto? I noticed you tuned up pretty high for this gig. Do you find this tuning more effective with this kind of music - I play in a disco band and I'm indecisive when it comes to the right tuning.
Thanks!!! Here I’m using a Conga 11.75” conga and 12.5” Tumba but I did tune it to a Quinto and Conga combo… and yes… I feel that it complements the genres played a bit better. It’s ok to experiment and find a tone that goes well with the music you play
Those sound great! LOL at the conga line in "hot, hot, hot"
hahaha yuuup
I really appreciate you bro! Congas sounded really nice with those songs especially the rhythm on hot hot hot! Simple and proper🪘

1:19 - my first thought was "Look at all those beautiful Tumbas"!!! 🙂
