At 2:29, the thickness does not apply to the opposite face, and you have added the opposite face in a separate operation. Why did that happen? Does the thickness command not operate like pocket command (with a "through" option)?
FreeCAD is the core of all these great features! Ondsel currently has a slightly better workflow, but I heard these updates will come to FreeCAD (0.22) too. It's your call to decide.

Hi, no it does work from at least one selected face. More faces can be added later.
Should I use Ondsel or FreeCAD?

Take care that a model done in Ondsel is not possible to be reworked/modified with FreeCAD 0.21.2 for example. The opposite is possible...
