so some constructive criticism. as a TASer myself, there is a difference between RTA (Real Time-Attack) timing and TAS Timing. TAS Timing starts from Power on and ends on the final input required to beat the game. I retimed the run to TAS time, and the final time was 1:21.833. also, i recommend against using the built-in timer to time RTA runs in general because it is game time, not real time.
the game is running slower, its like tas on tas, scratch isnt webgpu based and for some people its really laggy, but in game time moves at the same rate as the person playing the game
This isn't a real time speedrun, but a TAS!! ^^ (+ A lot better TASes exist by now :>) -- But I do love to speedrun other games in real time still!! :D
I remember that 4 balls in 0:58. I was falling between two but I didn't give up, I was hitting the two rapidly with the hammer and at the last moment it did work and I survived the fall! :) great speedrun even if it's tool-assisted also!
I can now confirm, Scratch Chimney Skip is possible, but until I find a faster way to pull it off (it requires an extra push near the top to get past the watermelon, but you can probably just get a higher jump off of it), it actually loses 0 - 1 seconds :/
Start: 0:12 End: 1:26 The length was actually 1:14, plus if u look to the right edge of the project u'll see an extra mouse, and in the project there's another mouse going everywhere. Why is that? Is it because the moving mouse is edited in to make it look like the guy is aiming? I think so, and the still mouse is there while a bot plays
It's a TAS :o This was not a speedrun performed by me!! (That's why it says "[TAS]" in the title ^^;) This is showing what a theoretical time with above human ability would be. Unfortunately, this has been beaten by literally 10 seconds in TAS, and I think humans have beaten this TAS by now The mouse in the project are the inputs the game accepts, the mouse outside of it is my real one :D
This is something called a TAS, or Tool-Assisted Speedrun/Superplay. There are really neat ones on RUclips if you simply search it (if you wish to see more inhuman runs like this) and they can give much more information, or you can find more at tasvideos.org :) If you don't feel like doing that either, I streamed the making of this TAS if you wish to watch it :)
I TASed the Scratch game by reprogramming it, not the web browser. There are web browser TASes, though I would assume that used LibTAS, a Linux TASing engine.
Do you think it might save to time to not jump up to the stairs of books and instead take the other route and reach Nano, then jump up throught the small hole between the rooster and the rock? I know it's possible I've done it myself and I'm not a TAS.
This is a TAS, not a human speedrun. The description stating that this took more than two hours to make should make that blatantly obvious (It literally links to the making of the TASes as well). Besides this, the most recent comments have been this exact same thing, and the top comment is literally "Really cool! It's nice to see some *tool-assisted speedruns* for this game :D"
This is a TAS, or Tool-Assisted Speedrun! This basically means that I "cheated" and recorded the inputs by slowing down time and going back in time if I messed up, creating a theoretically perfect speedrun of it, then I can play those inputs back and get an incredibly fast run! (The mouse pointer in the project is the TAS, the other one is my actual mouse pointer)
Lol no, this is a TAS, not an AI. Surprisingly, an AI would be far worse than this. If you don't mind, please look up "TAS" or go to tasvideos.org to learn more about what these are and how it's made! Jeez now I feel like a parent going into a lecture because their child said a joke

:) Still not quite perfect, sadly, though I'm working on other things for the time being :)
