It happened to me too when the weather wasn't good there were too much clouds. In this case you can keep the game running without closing the app for a few minutes. I did that and it worked. You can also change the server that you are playing on. Cause one time when I was playing on IN server my game was saying disconnected and it happened many times so I changed the server to EU and the problem was fixed. You can also try turning your internet on and off a few times then open the game again. It sometimes gets fixed automatically after a few days. So keep trying I hope it will work.

Yes I am trying to do that but they sometimes give grenade as rare items and when I get legendary cards most of them are for skins.
