I stayed at the Hotel in it's last year as the Hyatt for a High School convention. When it closed down we ended up moving it to Tampa the next year. Incredible to see it's still there, and still closed.
dude, i never want to see you hurt or in danger, but i cant wait to see more solo in abandoned places. Your balls must be made of some precious metal we dont know about. Keep up the good work. You absolute machine.
@neihomai8 Yeah, wtf! The chairs in the ceiling and walls looked really cool, like some type of surrealistic, artists display and he breezes past it like it's nothing.
Man, places like this make me so envious. There’s literally no abandoned spots like this in California. Especially in the Bay Area. It would make my life spending hours upon hours scouring something like this.
@Julia M I can totally relate. I live in the Bay Area and would love to explore and film abandoned places but they're practically nonexistent around here.
Kills me when I see kitchens abandoned like that. At the time of closing (and probably for a couple of years after) that kitchen had a lot of valuable equipment in it that could have bee resold.
Badda-boom! This was definitely one of your juicer uploads mate. You guys killed it. Such a shame about tremendous amounts of resources and land wasted. When are these investors gonna learn? Haha for entertaining me.
Wow!! Even though I live in South Florida I have never heard of this place at all! Very interesting. It must’ve been beautiful when it was operating. What a great find. Really enjoyed it Brennen.
Great work!!! It’s incredible that at least some of the kitchen equipment wasn’t salvaged or sold for at least pennies on the dollar. Somebody would love sone of that in their restaurant! 😀😀
Hey man, nice job on the video. This is the first one of yours I've seen, and subscribed. Great back story and information, nice slow camera work, and great respect for the place. Just a little recommendation, if it's possible, turn up your real time commentary, or, lower the volume of your voiceover commentary. The levels were very different so I had to keep fighting my volume to keep a happy medium.
4:07 Hyatt didn't declare bankruptcy, they sold it to the developer. Hyatt is still a very active and large hotel chain, globally. Other than that thanks for the video.
Growing up, my family and I would often pass by this hotel on our way to Disney or to Celebration. I remember being really curious about it once I noticed it started to look derelict, and since then I've been fascinated by it. If I could, I'd love to go and explore it someday. There's just something fun about watching an exploration video about an abandoned place you know
I do not get a thrill out of a place being abandoned, and a Family losing absolutely everything. I am Older and seeing these places abandoned breaks my heart
I go by there all the time. I remember when it was open. It’s a big eye sore now. It is prime real estate. I can believe the price. Now being in disrepair you have to factor in the cost of demolition. Interesting to see what they will use it for.
Wow, this place looks dated. When you passed by the paper that was dated '93 I thought yeah, closing in '93 looks pretty believable. But I was surprised when you mentioned later that this place was operating in some form through the 2010s. It's no wonder they had a hard time attracting enough people. Great video.
i stay at this hotel in 1988 and 1989 ,it was a great looking hotel then ,it has changed ,i loved staying at this hotel i love the pizza resturaunt it had in its lobby
Lived in Kissimmee my whole life and we stayed there once, it was a Hyatt in 1986 where I had seen BTTF for the first time on the lobby's big TV. I hadn't seen it in the theaters and I would think this was the summer of 86'.We stayed there for a couple of nights as kind of a staycation!
Wow this place is massive, it’s such a shame it’s been left and the vandalism is so bad😒 There is so much stuff that could of be sold / donated. Thanks for sharing 😊
Awesome 👍😎, I thought I was watching a Walking Dead video, and you were about to find a door with a chain on it saying Don't open dead inside 🧟. Nature always takes back what man leaves behind, I wonder what that last day there must have been like for the people who worked there..☹️
Great video and nice to see new ones coming out. Are we going to get to see part 2 of the video you did of your canoe trip? That was really different and enjoyable to watch.
When I see a place like this I really wonder why at the time the items inside weren't liquidated and sold off. Maybe they always thought they could sell the property and include the buildings contents but the value would just keep decreasing. When the place first closed some of it would have been of value (kitchen appliances, furniture, refrigerator units, AC units, etc.)
Wow. Great spot. All that left behind is pretty sad. Such a waste. So many small businesses would have loved to get some of those items to get started. Especially the coolers and restaurant equipment.
I know apart of the rules for abandoned places are “don’t take anything but picture” but a question that KILLS me watching these videos are always.. are you ever tempted to take a little somethin? 😅
I hate people that go around and smashing everything they see people like that makes me sick I would like to go into their home or business and smash everything they own that they had worked so hard for to own maybe they will think twice.

That is insane. What year was it?
Was this in 2003? If so, I was there for a high school French convention (it was either March or April).
dude, i never want to see you hurt or in danger, but i cant wait to see more solo in abandoned places. Your balls must be made of some precious metal we dont know about.
Keep up the good work. You absolute machine.
It's really sad to see such a beautiful place go to waste like that
What a great place! Now I hate vandalism But.... That room with the chairs stuck in the wall and a few in the ceiling looked absolutely fantastic!! 😍😍
Mm hmm 😊
now that'z quality vandalism! too bad we only got 3 zecondz of it!
@neihomai8 Yeah, wtf! The chairs in the ceiling and walls looked really cool, like some type of surrealistic, artists display and he breezes past it like it's nothing.

It’s so hard to believe that this could not have been used for something in the community. So wasteful.
I hope to see more exploratory footage from Uncharted Travel.
Support from Malaysia.
25:20 Looks like something out of Alice in Wonderland. So bizarre.
Anyway, this whole vid is beautifully shot. Definetly a neat explore!
Thank you! Glad you enjoy the video!!
Best thing ever is to come home from work and see a new video uploaded. Great video, thanks for sharing!!
Great explore, looked like so much fun
Thanks Brent! Hope you’re doing well!
The pointless destruction always irritates me.... I broke a window! What an accomplishment!
Badda-boom! This was definitely one of your juicer uploads mate. You guys killed it. Such a shame about tremendous amounts of resources and land wasted. When are these investors gonna learn? Haha for entertaining me.

Fantastic video. I love that you are capturing these places on video before they disappear.
'93 was a good year♡ Always look forward to your uploads!

Great video Brennen! I live not too far from this place and drive past it every so often.
I do not get a thrill out of a place being abandoned, and a Family losing absolutely everything.

Great video. Keep going strong and it sure is a shame they weren't able to keep going on. South Carolina loves the videos.

Wow those chairs looked freaky!!!! Awesome explore👏👏👏👏👏👏

so sad to see the vandalism but i was glad to see you didnt have your tent to stay the night and you were not alone, from UK,
Scrap, recycle, sell by the piece. Thank you for sharing
Wow. Great spot. All that left behind is pretty sad. Such a waste. So many small businesses would have loved to get some of those items to get started. Especially the coolers and restaurant equipment.
7:28 'Dust'. OK I get it.
Hahaha
The popcorn cart was awesome.id love to restore that !!
Omg I can’t believe you got into this place, amazing!!
What a shame to let a good building gone to waist 😩. You know how many homeless people can use a place to stay . Good job on this video
I see this question all the time, while I admire the idea...who would pay for it, who would pay the electric bill, water bill, upkeep etc?
I passed by there every year during my family’s vacation trips and it always freaked me out
WHAT a great! video yes I would love to see more like this. thank you BRENNEN,😀
That kitchen is massive and had probably hundreds of thousands of dollars of equipment left in it
This should be an ADR....I miss those videos. Great explore!
25:07 ooh Schindler HT 330a Hydraulic Elevator

Magnificent video. Such a waste of equipment!
Great work! But I still like the alone series more. Can’t wait for another creepy night!

it'd be so cool if yall brought an nverter and turned some of the power back on. Especially in that club area!
Hey are you gonna do any more solo overnights? one of the reasons I followed I so admire your bravery!
Actually in surprisingly good shape considering. Not completely taken by the elements (yet)
Oh man that opening music..
I thought I was watching Spaulding decon hahaha.
I was so confused omg😅
This was great...until 26:25...then it sucked ♥
No smelly fridges🤢😁 Great video 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
My wife and I stayed there. What a place the food was good but cost to much.like every thing in there.
Magnificent!
I know apart of the rules for abandoned places are “don’t take anything but picture” but a question that KILLS me watching these videos are always.. are you ever tempted to take a little somethin? 😅
13:55 Anybody wanna guess how old that pizza has been sitting there for?
Hmm, need to check this out if I get up to North Florida
I'm sure it had already been suggested, but considering the population apartments would have been an idea,
That's a brill explore
Looks like a beautiful place in it's prime days now just sitting rotting away
Cool place!
Looks nice hotel
I think a few RUclipsrs have came and did videos all-ready like Exploring with Josh.
So everyone left everything behind in a hotel wow 🤩 I bet all the food went bad
love the British flag x. Looked a nice place, I bet people had good memories there.
Urban exploring is cool.vandalism is not.great place btw.greetings from Norway
I hate people that go around and smashing everything they see people like that makes me sick I would like to go into their home or business and smash everything they own that they had worked so hard for to own maybe they will think twice.

Is the seafood fresh?
I put a do not disturb sign on my door and the hotel staff has been great about not bothering me.
