Looks awesome... However i might venture to say that the bedrooms look way too small in comparison to the common areas.
It looks as though putting a.c. in the main areas outside the bedrooms would cause your light bill to be ASTRONOMICAL... Especially with all the ekectric company scandals going on in the country
