Unbelievable.....just unbelievable!!! Why is this miscreant given any special consideration from our Court at all? He blames the CHILD???????? He absolutely should be deported......he shouldn't even be allowed to "serve his time" in one of OUR prisons. And who gives a damn about "his freedom"???
He should be sentenced to life in my opinion. You can NOT rehabilitate these people!

Are you kidding me? He was honest with the police so that makes it all better right if I was this judge, I would not follow the plea bargain. He gets everything he deserves and more and when he goes to prison, don’t know what he is before he even steps footon that prison property

That lawyer is disgusting. He heard what he said. There is no cure for this. No rehabilitation. He's actually gettibg angry with Judge Boyd! Sick 🤢🤮 I've seen before ao I'm out.
It's his job. If he doesn't give good counsel he could actually have grounds for an appeal. It is not the lawyers fault. Many of these lawyers are appointed. They don't get a choice who their clients are or their crimes. But someone has to "defend" these monsters. It is still their legal right no matter how abhorrent their actions are.

No contest means I will accept the court's judgement without saying I am guilty.
You're not saying innocent or guilty, no contest means you say no contest, that's all, and within that you stipulate that you and your attorney are aware the state has enough evidence to find you guilty....
