Why free pour and not measure each time? Plus, I saw you use Smirnoff because you ran out of absolut. Lazy.

you can actually measure free pours if you practice enough. it's usually 4 seconds for 1oz so you count in your head 1 2 3 4.. also he did use jigger when pouring with no pourer. vodka is tasteless so it doesn't really matter
