Beautiful home sold down by the presenter. All she talks about is checking it out and how cool everything is. No substance to the space talk within the property. She is more conscious of how she sways and moves than the flooring/ceiling/ floor space etc within the property. Best or worst but was when she articulated the terrace as outdoor decking area!!! And tried to sell the utility as another room next to the kitchen. Everything is cool or chill or check it out. Maybe check her out of the programme and the builder has a fighting chance of selling the apartments!
I enjoy watching your videos to see which properties are on sale, just for fun to see what people can afford. For an upscale property like this, I would think the host would be more professionally dressed and well spoken. The property could have been showcased much better. Just a suggestion; not sure what works in India.
While the presentor was not far behind explaining how you could get the European feel and enjoy in the jacuzzi, there is not a single mention or space for any mandir or praying room. We Indians are so fond of this western style of living that we are forgetting our culture and roots and think of it as uncool. We need to preserve our culture
Great video but for a premium property please learn the correct nomenclature when you are showcasing. - The shades are not remote controlled they are electric you used the wall panel to operate it. - Terrace furnitures are generally called patio furniture; the property is surrounded by trees what kindof sunbathing one can do there? provide details; if it's a outdoor standing bar use that term don't call it a breakfast corner. - You can't just say the property is designed by the same company as the hotel in dubai, see if you can find the name of the architect makes it sound more appealing - look at the fridge or oven doesn't tell me anything; you need to provide the brand of the appliances, is it Miele? is it KitchenAid? if not then the kitchen doesn't speak luxury... - its not just washing machine they are washer and dryer; extra stove needs to be pitched as a place where you can cook more high intensity spicy food that generate a lot of smoke and smell! - less of 'lets check it out' and 'how cool is that' use mire adjectives and details. I can go on an on but please please please provide proper details of the house; material pallet; designers and architect for specific piece of furniture; and try to be in less of the frames, people what to see more of the house and less of you! Thanks!
This happens when one spent more time contemplating on the clothes to wear for the shoot than actually picking up details of the property :) Sunbathing and patio are such a bad idea for us Indians anyway, not to talk about the layers of dust that engulf the living space 24x7.

Rich people don't always necessarily live in large fancy homes. People of more modest means usually want larger homes because they feel the need to upgrade their lifestyle and feel rich! So this house can be purchased by anyone with a decent salary and income.
"Rich people don't always necessarily live in larger homes" totally I second it. For ex. Warren Buffett. He still lives in his old house. We know how ultra filthy rich he is.
