What are Churchkhela ?

Churchkhela is a traditional Georgian candy made by repeatedly dipping a long string of nuts in a mixture of flour, sugar, and concentrated fresh grape juice. The mixture is then left to dry in the sun, resulting in a sausage-shaped candy that can be stored for several months.
