i love gyaru so much and whenever the theme is gyaru, EVERYONES SKIN COLOR IS WHITE! like do they even know what gyaru is😭
theres different substyles of gyaru that dont revolve around getting your skin tanned

for 2014-2016 id say wear the jean shorts + use flannel pattern as the jacket, and use the flower crown and flowy stuff for more 2014 esqe vibes. you can also attempt 2014 tumblr but be mindful and dont go too egirl, colored hair was also more of the vibe.
there are SOOO many types of gyaru so dont confine urself to whatever the first type is on google ^^ if ur doing one style u definitely wanna stick to it like hime, yamanba, ganguro, kogal, manba, etc. if ur using custom makup dont be afraid to use vibrant colors!!! u can almost find all styles just make sure it really fits the vibe. gyaru has a lot of patterns so definitely dont forget that and its very loud in style (quite literally a political response) loveddd ur fit for it, tied beautifully
for rococo, id say try to use patterns like floral prints but keep it slightly toned down. the colors then were much more muted which also lighter but not pastel if that makes sense ? pink definitely works but so does yellow, blues, grays, etc. theres also veryy antique patterns u can find especially the ones ppl use for tattoos a lot. id recommend one of the curly short hairstyles to really give that poof vibe or use the second variation of the mini buns wheres its poofed up hair with a slicked side part, it definitely gets the 18th century curl vibes a bit
for acubi if ur non vip u can use the star cap!! id also say the jacket/baggy hoodie works REALLY well, the strapless top using the straps toggle, the tie (depending how u use it), and a belt tie it together. headphones and a phone are also really helpful like u said. its veryy laid back so u hit it on the nose. for sci fi as well i love !! just be experimental, dress to impress is all about trying and making fits u feel fit the vibe so with practice its rlly easy to understand the general thing u wanna go for. sorry for the series of paragraphs LOL i just am very passionate abt this
