    Many industries like chemical processing and pharmaceuticals feature particle flows. Conventional experimental measurement techniques like particle image velocimetry (PIV) do not work well in such dense particle fields. In this video, the authors introduce their new particle tracking method for use in both dense particle flows and for seeded particles in conventional fluid flows.

    Thanks alot, i always wanted an analogy to visualise how, on average, far apart molecules are in a liquid; also helps to visualise organic chemical reaction.

    It didn't explain why CFB(circulating fludized boiler) could make the coal burned completely.

      Christina Li, the coal burns "completely" as the fluidization of the coal particles causes a larger number of random collisions with oxygen molecules/ions..

      Gerald Rieß Lieder weiβ ich nicht. Das ist eine Frage für die Forscher. Die Software is wahrscheinlich eine Eigenentwicklung von NETL.
