Try starting with 600° grill. Put Salmon SKIN SIDE UP on non stick foil. Place foil/fish on super hot grating near front. Grill grate heat will penetrate foil and create very nice grill marks. When seared w marks, lift foil from front and flip fish towards back skin on bare grating. Leave foil on for a few minutes (lid closed) the fish can finish (no flesh stuck/lost .
Good but am about 2 turn 60 am going to challenge any one push up bench up Jamie Oliver here to beat me I work out 7 days per week fitter than most 20 year old’s , Jaimie Oliver you will never beat me at any gym contest food is only the small part to keeping fit for a start try so full 15 chins with your legs horizontally
I will post on you tube the best over 60 gym contest you will ever see it will be something to look forward too because most people at my age don’t have any ambition or dream to improve themselves, my daughter is going to help me post these videos
