hahaha I see, but don't be fooled into their trickeries. You have only seen the High Tower, the Low Tower can go very low. I've said too much. You will find it for yourself.
Also they could have discovered azalea prison at dudela and he whispers secrets to them instructions on were to dig. From all these actions and Nelphilum activities people will feel like we’re in the time of Noah again. After that since your following the book of Enoch let Daniel be their Enoch since he still has his humanity for now and it would be ironic since he was turned by a priest

I have a gift for you, another story idea for you to think about. It’s more like a possible origin story than a character idea, and it’s for a werewolf faction, a tribe or clan akin to the Silver Fangs or the Shadow Lords from Werewolf: The Apocalypse.
Do you know the story of Romulus, man who were raised by a wolf, murdered his own brother, and founded the City of Rome? Well, Romulus and Remus, were not the demigod sons of Ares, but in reality, they were werewolves. Lupa, the wolf goddess that raised them could be a werewolf herself, but to make things more interesting. We could say that Lupa was the Dire Wolf of the Tower’s Mythology, the beast the Hunter killed to become a vampire. I think Babylon was still alive when Romulus founded Rome, yet, judging by the establishment of the Tower in 2091, the Dire Wolf could have died long before Rome’s founding. Perhaps Lupa is some sort of child or descendant of the Dire Wolf and got hunted down by the founder of House Volkos for more power. Whatever Lupa was, she did not kill the twin brothers, but raised them instead.
Perhaps Romulus disappeared from history because he was hunting the hunter that killed his adoptive mother. Besides founding Rome itself, he had some children who became the founders of a cabal of werewolves that protected Rome from supernatural threats, while they, in time, sank deeper into the shadows, becoming what could be described as the illuminati of Rome. The Roman citizens cheered when they replaced their monarchy with a republic, but the werewolf cabal hated the republic, for in their eyes, it opposed the designs of their founder, Romulus, so they manipulated events from behind the shadows and orchestrated the rise of the Ceasar and the birth of the Roman Empire.
In the glory days of the Roman Empire, that cabal was the most powerful of all the European werewolf tribes, or clans, or whatever you want to call them, but when the Roman Empire fell so too did their status and the dominant power, but they did not die with Rome. They survive, and furthermore: they have reclaimed much of their power and prestige to where they stand as a rival to the current dominant power of the werewolf community. These guys are like an old aristocracy, as they are wealthy, sophisticated, regal, and utterly arrogant, but they are formidable in the ways of violence, as they love their Roman military heritage.
Their violent nature can be seen in their efforts to honor a traditional duty of theirs, to exterminate the Nosferatu of House Volkos, who they see as a biblical foe. They believe that the Volkos vampires possess fragments of Lupa’s soul, and destroying these vampires sets those fragments free and bestows honor to the werewolves that do so. So yeah, House Volkos and that Roman werewolf clan are the most bitter of enemies. I’ll leave that clan’s name up to you, but I would advise you make it a Latin one. Same can be said their everything. This idea and all that brainstorming shall be at your mercy. Do whatever you want with it. Your world, your rules.
Well well well... You came very close to guess some of the lore for werewolf. Point to you, sir. We have to be more creative to surprise you. We have designs on Romulus and Remus but it is still pending revision, but it does touch on the Volkos House as you asserted. You will be glad to know that Werewolf stories are in the pipeline already. It will take some time because we must finish Daniel's arch before delving into it, but it is in research phase.
