At the end of each lesson, we have a 15 minute session on the History of Rock. This is invariably electric blues. We've started in Chicago on a journey south, then west. The USA is a big place. Her name is Maki Shizusawa (静沢真紀). She sometimes plays in a band called FRIDGE. If you copy and paste the kanji characters into the youtube search box, you will get heaps of hits. Some of the FRIDGE stuff is a bit iffy, but she is always ace.
