Great video, Joe! You have definitely had some awesome wins by buying raw and grading! You know my thoughts on grading, and I'm enjoying the community conversation. Thanks, my friend!
Nice video Joe. I appreciate the conversation on the different options for using a bulk submitter. I’ve only submitted cards myself, but the benefits you mentioned make sense. However, I also enjoy the ability to check the status of my submission constantly… Thanks for sharing!
Joe! Thanks for sharing your thoughts, buddy. I like both of the major grading companies but have been leaning more towards SGC recently. They’ve disappointed me a couple of times but really love their slabs and customer service. Great video! Take care!
@@RobCashCards thanks Rob! SGC is a great company for sure. I never hesitate to send them cards, if it works for me. All the companies drop the ball now and again.
Great video! You definitely have the grader’s eye when it comes to buying raw and submitting. That’s a great skill to have. You also may have swayed me a little on CSG. Maybe I begin to include those in my 2025 searches…Anyway thanks for the video and thanks for sharing!!
@@JayAvgVintageCollector thanks Jay! You are too kind. I win some and I lose some, but I’m having a blast doing it. CSG slabs are super nice. Pick up a cheap one just to check them out.
CSG is now called CGC and they are huge and rapidly growing company based in Sarasota Florida. They also bought a top notch autograph grader and authenticator on the past year. Worth a look!
@@jamesmcferran4938 yep, I always mess up their name. I haven’t submitted anything to them, but I’ve been watching some of their slabs on eBay. They seem to be a good value. Thanks for watching!
I'm pretty much right on point with your way of thought all around right now, Joe! I'm also basically grading/selling cards as a job right now though, so it's going to be monthly subs for me and straight to the PSA vault with everything I don't keep from here on out. Great video!
I am pretty much SGC all the way. I like their app for tracking my order and for viewing my collection. However, I wish there were options to sort or categorize your collection. I just like the way cards look in their slabs the best.
@@CANTON2COOPERSTOWN nothing wrong with that! I think they are a great company and I like their app a lot. Cards in a tux do look sharp. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
You’ve definitely have way more wins than losses, I know that! You know how I feel….they are all criminals. Doesn’t stop me from sending them though. Like I always say……it really just depends how divorce court went for your grader that morning!
Gave a video like. Have fun! Hobby the way works for you. Great share, Joe.

@@RustyVintageCards thanks Rusty! I think a bulk submitter is a great way to dip your toes in. I also constantly check mine. Part of the fun.
I’m with you. I just like my cards in a slab. Makes them feel special. Some people may not like cards seeming like “historical artifacts” but I do.
@@BaseisBeautiful I think every card is a historical artifact with a story to tell!
Really enjoyed hearing your thoughts - thanks!

Great thoughts, Joe. It can be a frustrating game these days, but it is necessary in a lot of cases.

I buy the more expensive cards already graded and the cards I buy raw I keep raw
