Beware we purchased a brand new one in Australia cost us $8500 fantastic chair but the battery has a 6 month warranty and ours died on the 7 month. To buy a new battery will now have to pay $1500 for a new one we have waited for 5 weeks we contacted them today and told new battery won’t be in Australia till the end of November. We got the whill c2 chair and can’t use it. We have been dealing with aidacare NSW Australia the good thing when you ring them you get to talk to everyone there because you just seem to get transferred around the place.

It would be good if the chair stayed connected to Bluetooth for more than 30 seconds but this is pretty useless cos it just disconnects every time and then takes 10-20 mins to connect again
Hi, first, go to the Settings and "Unpair" the app from your device, then reconnect. If that doesn't work, remove the app and reinstall it. If you continue to encounter the same issue, please reach out to our Technical Support team at support.us@whill.inc.

I logged in but my app can't find my chair. It keeps reconnecting, how do I fix it please?

On my speed settings, it stays on “standard” it will not allow me to switch to eco or sport settings 😞. Is there an update I need fo the app?

Can you drive it with Android or still just with iPhones?
