25 Days Post ACL Operation and dog walks with the brace became possible...two days later I spent most of the weekend with no brace at home.
Its s really nice progression because I had started to feel like the brace was actually have a detrimental effect of my left legs biomechanics. I assumed it would have also began to effect the right leg as well due to the additional work.
I'm only a week off being able to ditch the brace and I can wait because at that point I can really start building strength again.
