if you have sneaky snacker in play and sac it to deadly dispute it comes back to play right? because it’s sacrificed before you draw the cards?…

yep! Snacker just has to be in the graveyard when the third card in a turn gets drawn. since the sacrifice on Dispute is an additional cost, it’ll be in the graveyard before the spell resolves
