Seriously, I tried to watch more café vlogs, but nothing was good enough abd yours are better than I could ask for! I would love someday open my own bakery and your videos inspire me so much! Like nothing ever did. :) I hope you don't mind that a little cafe in small country called Lithuania in a middle of europe will have, lets say, a lot of inspiration from you. :D Thank you for all of your videos and for the time put in (I can imagine how long they take..!). this all looks so good. i used to work in a bakery for a cafe. many things were just mixes and premade. (macroons were nasty as they were premade from a company) I love baking and I would love to own a cafe where everything is made from scratch. no custard made with a mix and just water and stuff like that. (worst bakery i worked at didnt make anything themselves pretty much. everything was bakeoff, bread, pastry etc.)
Is there somewhere i can get the recipes for the stuff you make?
