I know, but someone else reported because he collided into the other player. TMP punishes for collisions, if the report was declined in-game, the player that reported could create a web report and the player would be banned at the website. So if the community reports for every small incident, its the mentality too... but at the same time thats something with the rules defined by TruckersMP, that punishes for accidents too.

the red and yellow truck as at 11:40 or so, the way i see it is red wasn't really at fault yellow fucked up dunno why he was grazing there or what he was doin, but if u fuck up u make sure u do not screw other people over as in get in the way, u wait for the coast to be clear and u start driving, red could have stopped and give priority just to be nice but in my opinion yellow had no business being there to begin with, also he started moving when he saw the red coming down...so yea

This pretty much, when joining the road you have to give priority to those already on the road. Only when the coast is clear you are allowed to enter. He could clearly see the red truck coming so he knew not to drive. He then went in a direction that didn't even make sense. Now I also agree that the red driver should've been able to stop, but I don't know what the red driver was dealing with. The game seemed laggy as is. It may even be that neither actually saw eachother until it's too late.

is crazy people reckless driving and doesnt get ban but the one who got hit and doing a good job in the game gets kick or banned that what happened to me

Using certain tools you can modify your truck outside of the game and place like beacons, lights etc. in places where in the game you cant. Or for example, doing a combination of trailers that the game by default doesnt have. Its an advanced thing and if people make changes that are not allowed, they get banned.

Eu teria banido o cara do 4:48, não havia necessidade dele querer entrar na faixa do meio, pois ele poderia ter feito isso, assim que ultrapasse o caminhão azul que estava a direita, só não houve colisão pois o caminhão azul foi jogando para a direita. Agora se o caminhão azul jogasse para a esquerda, provocando a colisão, ele poderia ser banido por esse motivo.

Just for fun actually, we are volunteers so we dont get a single 1€ for doing work and I have been here for 5 years already
