Yeah it's really hard to get even for internship, networking is most effective way to get into job in current situation.
En kuda padicha ennoda peers ke job illa, I studied in MIT Pune, inga placements kammi ippo. This time its really hard to get a UX/UI job in a reputed company. I was lucky to secure a job in this market

Solution :
If the video in english you doesn't mention its in english
But your video in tamil please mention its in tamil in thumbnail or in description those who comfortable in tamil its really get views

I primarily create videos for a Tamil-speaking audience, but sometimes I include English because it's hard to translate all UX terms into Tamil. When I keep Tamil subtitles, the I’d be getting mocked for using English terms inside, which I've experienced earlier. That's why you see some videos in English. If the content is colloquial, auto-captioning will try to give a translation as much as possible in English which will be helpful for both the audiences. I appreciate your understanding and your kind words about my thumbnails. I hope I have given you an assumption to ideate. It's a great problem statement to work on, and if RUclips had AI to convert the content into other language captions or voiceovers, it would be awesome. This is my hypothetical solution suggestion. Thanks again for your support!
