Excellent simple ty but the best thing is you provided a very detailed method of how to fish them as most tyers online simply don't so any one who is just starting out will ty a Diawl Bach but have no idea how to use them to their full advantage so well done your the first I have watched and I have watched hundreds
Thanks for watching and subscribing . Im glad you are finding the vids useful . Yes I noticed the same trend with tiers , talking more about variations in materials etc than the actual purpose of the fly and what it is trying to achieve . Thanks for the feedback and any future suggestions for tying vids just drop a comment . Will be getting back to recording pretty soon all being well .
Nice video. As a new tier, I was happy to see that you can use Goose Biots as an alternative to create eyes as opposed to using up all the eyes I have from my jungle cock cape
Very nice Diawl Bach Tim, it’ll take fish anywhere. Cheers Jim Regards the shirt, ask Wychwood for a white or blue one for a better background to your videos lol.
nice vid Tim , any chance of tying a LONG TAILED TIT PLEASE it is a fly I used to use back in the eigthietand no longer see it anywhere , it was a super fish catcher , thanks in anticipation .
@@timjoyceflyfishing-essex6769 unfortunately no , I've tried online as well , I seem to recall it being made totally of peacock herl with a fairly slim body and a tail of about 3 strands of herl , total length probably 3" making it a bit leach like I suppose , we used to fish it singly , sometimes with a split shot up front, boy did it ever work well takes were really savage , not seen it for yrs but thinking of things during this rough time were are having , it came to mind , lol ,
