for valid projects it is a pleasure to advertise if possible .... sometimes self-building is the only way to use our beloved retrocomputers/consoles... the prices of retro components are very high with the risk of failures of components that are over 30 years old

Does street fighter 2 feels as the arcade machines? It surely looks flawless

hi, the street fighter games in the video are 100% arcade versions, they are emulated with Amigamame106beta3d ( a new porting of the mame for AmigaOS68k ) obviously you get this speed with the pistorm card on Amiga500 and Amiga 1200

@gennaretro1150 I got that, I just wanted to know if the emulation experience was as close as possible to the real thing, you must have played it on the arcades, or if it had some minor issues, like jerkiness, tearing...

@@vertigoz you have the best possible experience with the pistorm32lite + raspberry4 but with the latest update of this mame:
      github.com/krabobmkd/amigamame/releases
it works really well even with the pistorm classic + raspberry3a/b as you can see from the video you almost always reach 60fps with all 2d cores.
The input lag is excellent with the CD32 arcade stick...perhaps the audio doesn't have the quality of the PC and you can set it to a maximum of 22khz with the drivers AHI

@@gennaretro1150 thanks for the input, i tried it on winuae and it wasn't that smooth! I can only use double buffering, if i try to use triple buffering it doesn't acknowledge my keyboard, and most of roms ask me to type ok.
But surely your version looks nice

@@vertigoz Strange to me it works well with WinUAE on my recent PC with Ryzen 5/7, in fact in RTG it is much faster than the HDMI output of the Raspberry. Are you sure you have configured everything correctly and enabled JIT CPU emulation?
