Burger King app can't order anymore

Ive been ordering on bk app for my kids for few months now. It is easier to order on the app and pick ip at the restaurant because my kids don't want certain things on the burger which is easier on the app then speaking to the microphone at the restaurant. Now can't even order anymore. App keep saying checking availability.
