Tbh I’m not sure! My credit is excellent (high 700s) and I used $10k down! What’s weird was I actually got denied by my credit union but a bank approved me!

My heart dropped when he said his full time job pays 2200 biweekly ☠️ I respect anybody that puts in hard work whatever they earn but my man can’t even afford a new Nissan Sentra. With gas and maintenance, he’s blowing an entire check on the car alone. It’s recommended not to spend over 8-12% on your car (including gas, insurance, and maintenance). 20% for a “car guy”. But half your monthly income?! A tragedy
