I take the second opinion. Allah SWT would understand as I don’t have Mahram to accompany me . Therefore i went with the group.

No, Allah will not understand and you don't get to choose based on difference of opinion. When there is a difference, you must still rely upon the correct ruling, which is that you must not go. Hajj is never compulsory for a muslimah without her mahram. Moreover, the hadith of Aisha, which you rely on does not say she went in a group where she was accompanied by people that were non mahrams at all.

There is also a hadith of the Prophet (saw) praising women who will be able to travel to makkah without fear of anyone except Allah. Scholars use this as evidence to say that the same prophet (saw) who forbade travelling alone for women also exempted women who would be able to travel once the safety and security is ensured.

@@faysalahmed9157 there is no one women can trust anyone but her mahram. The way things are going on in this day and age, women are unsafe without their mahram. Shaytaan will always attack the ones who are putting themselves out there in danger. People don't have the best of your interest. Today, everyone is selfish. Be careful ladies !!!
There will always be fear around us when our Qawwam is not there.

A Mahram can also be your nephew or blood related uncle.
    Someone who can't marry you.
There is no safety for a woman anywhere without her mahram.

Scholars say, if you are in Jeddah or in close proximity of Mecca, then you can travel with a group of women. But if you are in Riyadh or Medina, etc, then you need Mahram.

According to Islamic law, a woman cannot go to Umrah without a mahram. However, there are exceptions to this rule. A woman can perform Umrah without a mahram if she is over the age of 45 and is accompanied by an organized group or her family.

      Salam
A 14-year-old girl can perform Umrah with her uncle as her mahram. According to Islamic law, a mahram is a male relative whom a woman cannot marry due to blood relations. In this case, the uncle qualifies as a mahram for the 14-year-old girl to perform Umrah together.
      Hope this helps☺️

Salam sister, according to Saudi’s government rules women can now perform umrah without a mahram and she does not need permission however according to the shariah law women cannot perform umrah without a mahram, it’s up to you to to choose sister, hope this helps.

@@PilgrimsocialI think by saying khalu, the sister is referring to her maternal uncle (mother's brother being khalu in Arabic). In that case, he would be classified as a Mahram.

    • @caqueen4261
      @caqueen4261 Месяц назад

@@moadtouhamino Khalu means mother's sister's husband. Khalu can marry her if his wife (her khala) dies.
Khala means mother's sister in urdu.
In this case, I don't think she can travel with her Khala and Khalu.

He can't pick and choose, according to the Ahnaaf a woman needs a mehram. If she is travelling more than 57.5 miles.
The speaker needs to do correct research or sit down with a proper mufti scholar.
