Jog daily for 2 miles until you can run for 2 miles in less than 12 minutes. Get a 7.62 mm rifle and target shoot daily using only the iron sights ( NO fancy Scopes ). This advice will help you greatly in boot camp.

Today in bible class we talked about David playing the harp for Saul and being able to see the spirits leave Saul. Then a man in class said that each string is a letter and they were spelling out The Word and that's why it is so healing to our souls.
I just read that verse of the bible, saying about king Saul feeling better (from the evil spirit) with the harp music. that is why I got curious to hear how harp music sounds. so relaxing, so beautiful

everytime I listen to the harp... I start seeing things. I get scared then I finally calm down.. my palms start sweating profusely then I break out screaming... crying and smiling at the same time... then I do a set of push ups while smiling .. then I clean my room... then I start screaming at the sky until my neighbors call the law on me... they usually take me in.. but lately they just let me scream all through the night... thank you for this music. blessings.
