1:41 made me grit my teeth... That was awesome car control right at the very limit. Amazing though how much driver and car weren´t fazed bythose crests right in front of corners. There were quite a lot of them and he just rode them. In any car with less downforce, that would´ve resulted in a jump, and thus, loss of control and subsequently a crash.
In CEM (European Championship) yes, potentially an F1 car could run (there were a Toro Rosso STR8 and a Sauber C30 for sale some times ago, with 3L NA engine). The problems I think are related to the cost of management of those cars, and the enormous job to adapt those cars at mountain tarmacs and layouts. The chassis is too stiff, suspensions have an excursion that is too small for those roads.

what limits are there in the rules when it comes to formula cars? could someone run a f1 car up there?
