- A couple of Scenes From Smallville Kara helping Clark Learn to fly without success, Requested by Game City Savior
Season 7, Episode 15, Veritas
Season 10, Episode 3, Supergirl
I like to think that Clark flew for a second and lost focus.
I wish they had developed Clark and Kara's relationship better. They should've ended up having a sibling type relationship, like the one Lois and Chloe had. But the writers didn't seem to know what to do with Kara, and they just got rid of her.
They did have that to a degree. They should have just used her a little more.
Tbf, you can’t have a last Kryptonian with 2
Kara was used quite decently in Smallville. She taught Clark many things as did he. They also both protected each other greatly. Kara added much to Smallville. She just should have been used a little more. Such as helping Clark in season 9 with the Kandorians. Kara has always been one of my favorite parts of Smallville.Have told Laura several times that she was meant to be Supergirl.
@@nickhydier1201 no they always sent her away during times it made no sense.
@@ryanabate1981 I always thought her absence was a little conspicuous during the Kandorian arc. She went off to look for them in early S8, are we supposed to believe that she didn’t come back to earth even once during that time to check in?
Kara and Clark had a great relationship on Smallville. They certainly had a sort of brother/sister relationship. And showed that they really cared for each other and supported each other. They both learned from each other and taught each other. They had a great bond. And Kara was used quite decently on Smallville. She just maybe should have been used a little more. Like in season 9 to help Clark with the Kandorians. Kara was always one of my most favorite parts of Smallville.
Totally not cousin's 🤓
Even buzz light year said flying is just falling in style 😂
Or aiming for the ground and missing, as Douglas Adams said
I'm in love with Kera
Yeah she has a soft, patient, and gentle attitude which men get weak for, unlike today's standard of mean boss girl who would otherwise just have made fun of Clark's attempt to fly.
Who's "Kera"? Did you read the title of this video?
God I miss this show so much 😢
time for a re-watch?
@@andispensable oh yeah classics never die
@parisbeech2180 facts I re watch the whole show in high-school my childhood
@@brandangreen1390 of course childhood classic this was i remember watching this back in 2002
‘
now that’s a gorgeous beautiful supergirl
"You've been on earth all this time and you can't even fly". I don't think anyone in DC has suffered a bigger burn than that OL
I love you Kara ❤️
In the first season he levitated and in the episode where the key/crystal calls out to clark he flies for the first time that was before they brought supergirl into the show
The reason Clark couldn't fly is because he was afraid of heights. Once he got over that fear he was able to take off.
And he also sees himself as a human Jor El said it himself in season 9
He wasn’t afraid of heights or flying. Like many have said he saw himself as a human up until the end where he fully embraces his kryptonian heritage. Once he embraces that his mental block is removed and he learns how to fly finally
No it's because the producers had their "no tights, no flight" policy lol
@@anthonygarcia8749 That too. But I also heard that Tom Welling refused to wear the traditional red yellow and blue costume out of fear of being type casted.
@@Robertperezshowand yet that’s exactly what happened..he got typecasted
Clark tried to teach Kara power control. She tried to teach him Flight. Such a loving family. Sort of.
Always loved the scenes with Clark training to fly. I think it was appropriate he only learned to fully fly once he was ready to become Superman. And to anyone saying he should’ve become Superman earlier, he was around 24 by the end of the series which is around the typical age Clark becomes Superman. But personally I do believe he was ready at the end of season 9 and they just needed to delay it for a final season
Thanks friend, I was looking for these scenes.
"i know you sent lana off to isis" LMAO
That didn't age well, did it?
@@DarthTwilight it aged perfectly
The reason why Clark wasn't able to fly yet cause this was called Smallville he couldn't fly until he became Superman!!!
Actually he did fly in Season 1 when he was dreaming about Lana.
@joeofmacabre07 also he flew season 4 chapter 1
i think clark did fly for a second but lost focus.
“Maybe energy” everyone and everything runs on energy, right? lol but I love this show
No tights, no flight rule went out the window a lot during this show.
It really didn’t btw … Clark never wore the suit and he never learned to fly until the final.
Thanks again as usual (thanks for the bonus i probably was going to ask for that soon lol) that was fast you must have upload that day I'm just seeing it now. I hope I'm not putting you through trouble and I really hope you're doing okay.
No Problem, i don't have much else to do anyway with the UK being in lockdown at the moment, can't go anywhere, i am fine thank you ,,
@@grannysmith7218 if you have time and if it's possible can you put all Clark's red kryptonite scene together?
I will see what i can do, it all depends how long the bits in the episode are, RUclips only lets me upload small bits of 1 episode for copyright reasons 🤗just in case you think someone else is answering you i am on my other channel hence the different name lol..🤗
@@sheilasknittingtipsandothe3191 okay 😄

It sucks I had to wait till the last season of the last episode to see him fly.
The writers could've REALLY given her more screen time, evolved their relationship more, had Kara tell clark all about Krypton and life there.
Then they could've had a spin-off for Supergirl. They had a gold mine on their hands.
Kara's character was poorly handled and her relationship with clark was always left on a kind of cliffhanger.
I believe Kera's power equals Clarks, if she was angry enough she could go e Clark one heck of a fight 😇

Strange way of thinking from Clark, I mean Kara is there aswell she's just as strong as he is, they should both team up to fight evil
Да было бы интересно если бы Кларк и Кара спасали мир вместе как честь общества справедливости Америки
I don't understand he say stop flying if its Muslims what does it mean
What episode?
To keep the race of the kerptonens they should of make clark fall in love with kara.
Make him fall in love with his Cousin? What are you on?
hot laura !
