What dish you would like to eat in Frankfurt?
I have a great German brauhaus not far from me ( N.J.- USA) that does a fantastic rouladen
i see a lot german food is the same and actually things i don't like.. like potatoes, red cabbage, everybody drinks alcohol.. i might just get a cola.
i might try some vegan, but i have to try frankfurters and schnitzel
that Krusovice cerne beer looks super tempting if dark beer is your thing.
Everything was outstanding about this city!.... but I have a question...was the food spicy overall?
No, the most spicy condiment in the German cuisine is mustard :)

I LOVE LOVE LOVE potato dumplings, my grandma would make them and they were such a special treat. The next day she would slice them and fry them in bacon grease. mmm The beef rolls looked very good.
