This is fantastic. As a Millennial, this is exactly why I want to live in downtown. It has all the great things that society needs. It has a good transit network, that will only improve with the Atlanta Streetcar, and it is always being redeveloped. Atlanta is becoming a great city to live in and I want to raise a family here. The suburbs are just too dull for me. Everything is the same. But, you can change the city, add character and life. You just can't do that in the suburbs.
Atlanta is so awesome lived there for six years it has the best subburbs in the world so beautiful an the city is great too the downtown district I would recommend atl to anyone who's never been there before.
