Hey! Enjoying your videos immensly, thank you for sharing! Last year I had been given opportunity to join film set and fallen in love with it, not minding the long hours or sometimes 'not the most comfortable' places to prepare the actor. Anywho, here instead of 'flying in' we (as far as I've expierenced) say 'makeup check' when going in and 'checked, thank you' when leaving.

When do you do continuity? After the shooting is completed? Later that day ?
Depends on the project! Typically I like to take pictures in the trailer and then write down everything I used. (if we're in a rush to get to set, I'll take a picture of the station/products that I used and finish writing everything on set in between setups.) Then I'll grab continuity shots for each scene and add them.
It's always easier if there are multiple artists on set to help get everything done, but it doesn't always work out like that! I try to take advantage of slow times in the day to work on it.
