I have had GAD for many years. I seem to have it under control for the most part but you brought up a good point. I tend to focus on my hot button issues, negative news etc. that I tend dwell on. It can ruin my day. Also, my health when it comes down to something I cannot control or do not know how deal with it. I tend to think of the worst case scenario which is typical for my condition. This is the first I have heard of Attention Biases but it is something I will keep in mind. Thanks!
