Rivers State Elders are to blame. If truly they mean well for people of Rivers State, they should have resolved this issue. You all want to blame Wike, look deep, and see things objectively. Wike alone cannot be blamed for this.
Whether you like it it or not, all the governors before Wike combined did not do half of what Wike did in Rivers in terms of development.
