I like the foam you show here at around 1:00. A more watery foam actually works better at softening and then pulling down a lot of the dirt and grime. The thick shaving cream style foam which is more aerated which does allow it to cling better, doesn't work as well in breaking down dirt and grime. Watery foam with a higher PH will break it down better. The shaving cream foam looks great in RUclips videos, but doesn't do so hot breaking down grime road film. That thick shaving cream foam is hardly to rinse off the car too and uses a lot more water to effectively remove it. I would much rather have the more watery type foam as long as it's an effective chemical/soap product used in the foam cannon.
