Glad you enjoyed it. Sentenced has been one of the corner stone bands when it comes to Finnish Heavy Metal. They really showed way to many people with their songs and lyrics. R.I.P Miika Tenkula (Solo Guitar) who passed a way back in 2009 and will always be the spirit of this band where ever his afterlife took him.

Thank you for this. Sentenced is a band that should never be forgotten, and this is why I uploaded this DVD's content. It's never too late to discover them, and they deserve the recognition. They left a much larger mark on today's heavy music than people realize.

Any time you queue up Ville Laihiala, you’re either going to get some misanthropic feels, or you’re about to have your soul ripped out. He is my all-time favorite performer.
Watching Miika give that final solo his everything puts me in tears every time.

Sentenced are great. Plenty of great songs to check out. Popular songs like Everfrost and Killing Me, Killing you... some of my favourites are Excuse Me While I Kill Myself, Nepenthe and You Are The One
Been a Sentenced fan for 25 years and have every album but no matter how many times I see this show, Ville makes me ball my eyes out
There's about 6,3 million Nightwish reaciton videos, and that's nice, but only 5-10 reactions to Sentenced...many of us consider them even better than Nightwish, so break the habit and continue your journey to Sentenced, please!
I was there, absolutley best concert ever, the emotions that band could tear out of me , and that last evening, last show, no other band have since . Gets me every time i watch this. Sad that i only saw them twice. 98 and 05
What they didn't mention, Yes that was the last song of their last album played as the last song of their last show, but in the record cycle leading up to that last show, they did not play the song at any other show live. So they only performed it once live. It was done intentionally as a statement, that it was truly the end of the road.
My favorite band of years past. I remember buying the funeral album as soon as it hit the stores. Absolutly amazing songs
No one ever goes into anything, or very few things, knowing that something will end. It is just palpable the feel of sorrow but also wanting to give it their all in this performance. Wow.
SENTENCED is one of my long-time favorite bands, and watching this concert - while not actually in the concert, but its DVD - was overwhelmingly brutal.
VERY legendary band from Finland. Really glad I saw them at least once in summer festival around early 2000. Pouring rain and listening Sentenced was never forgettable experience

@OldSkuleNerd just watched this. I truly wish that you've listened more of these guys. Sentenced is one of the bands that are the corner stones of metal. While you listen to that last guitar solo from Tenkula, you feel the Finland. The Sentenced.
Listen to their music, read them lyrics. Those guys were that awesome and way beyond that.
I loved their early black metal stuff most.

Ahh my friend! Sorry for missing this reaction...it was great as ever, touching and sincere as your style is. Well, I assure that you won't find a sincerer and deeper farewell from any band. They left at their very top, they burned brigh as a falling star, there were not "tired albums" or "music for business" after that album which to me is one the best of their career (The Funeral Album). I know I'm arrived too late for this but please, do yourself a favour and take a look at "No one's there" video. Get ready to have your heart broken and your eyes wet. So, so intense and so gentle. Keep it up Bro, great as always! Cheers from Italy!

Man they have so many amazing songs. I think killing me killing you is a beautiful slower song. Also, look into poisonblack-Rush. It’s the same singer he made this other band while still in sentenced so he could play guitar. It’s pretty damn good I would say lust stained despair is my favorite album of all time

The "Draco Malfoy" guy is dressed up for a funeral. Since this is their last show ever as a band and the last album, which the song End of the road is the last song on, is called "The Funeral Album."

Such a unique band... Never really stood out, but damn they were necessary to me. So cruel Miika Tenkula died a couple of years after that. Still miss them today. I think I miss them as much I miss Layne Staley, or not that far. Ah well. Hope you won't end your Sentenced journey here.
