This is a wonderful chocolate cheesecake recipe and the only one I use, have tried others but nothing as easy and delicious as this one, thank you El Mundo from Spain. I plan on purchasing your recipe book and hope all the other recipes areas good , lots of love from Canada x
@@Manell90210 You can pour the ganache about an hour before you eat it and let it sit in the fridge, it will set just fine if you have a very cold fridge. You could also put it in the freezer and it'll be ready even quicker!
