This young lady is my beautiful Grand daughter and I need to say that I am the most proud Grandma in the world. Her whole life is dedicated to helping people in spite of her own struggles. I spend many hours with this amazing young lady, she has 3 young children that just absolutely adore her & her music. She is such an inspiration & I love the time I get to spend helping her where I can. She dedicates thousand of hours helping others through recovery, most, she has never met, but that doesn't make a difference to her, she gives them her all. I can't even explain how proud I am to be connected to her, to listen to her music & do for her what I can while she helps others get off drugs & alcohol, she's been through it & has survived, she's traveled the road that she helps others get off from.. I know she will go far & I will continue to stand by her side while she does!!!!

Went here to find the whole song and wasnt disappointed, Ive been listening to this type of music since I was around 10 and developed depression, and started an addiction I still face today. The words, the passion, the emotions, the sounds. Everything. It makes it feel like someone genuinely cares even if they (dont or) arent there.
Everything will be alright eventually. Just may take another 10 years or so.

Beautiful song. I was just diagnosed with MS in October 2020 and it's a struggle for me. This song helps me. I never gave up on it but it's more stress to me to balance everything and not relapse again. I am fighting to get better each and everyday.

You are such an inspiration to me because we have VERY similar stories, I absolutely love your music and poetry because I can relate in so many ways but also because you’re teaching me things while you’re doing your own thing. I got clean January 19, 2017 so I just hit five years not even two weeks ago and I am so proud of myself I thought I made it to five years without touching a drink or a drug and I didn’t go to any NA or AA program I did it because I felt I had absolutely no reason to live unless I got my children back so I really did it for my children at the time as much as the programs say you have to do it for yourself I did not love myself enough to do it for myself but I love my kids more than anything so I did it for them because I know they need me I have a 17-year-old son an eight-year-old daughter and a five year old son and a 6 yr old nephew, so mine are very young and also almost an adult. My oldest has a different father who has passed on and his father was an addict so I have been completely honest with my son since the day that I asked him if he wanted to live with me or her his grandmother (dads mom.) and this is when he was eight years old because cps took me out of her home once she had enough proof to steal him from me. She set me up as soon as her son died. I worked at night with my very best friend and grandma would watch my son while I was at work and would tell me every single night go out, have fun, you know he’s sleeping anyway so there’s no point in coming home, unless I wanted to stay home which I did not because I really didn’t like her at the time and it took me a real long time to get over the fact that I found out she hired a PI and set me up. I was doing my very best in rehab in every way possible except I did not consider sneaking into the guys house because other people were doing it and not getting caught at this point I was in a halfway house once I completed a 30 day inpatient and five day detox and before I relapsed I asked him a question( this was a while after and he was living with her.) I said “ sweetheart I know you are very young I also know the things that I have put you through, do you want me to still fight to get you back with me or do you feel safer with your grandma?” He replied,” Mom I love you to the bottom of my heart but because of the fire( I will not go into details about that but I did start it and I was high when I did it.) I don’t trust you anymore to keep me safe,” so he chose his grandmother. Also, I was still using thinking that I have the upper hand because I’m both very book smart and very streetsmart and I was born with the gift of gab it happened literally not even two months after his father died so all of our lives were torn apart with his father dying and then once he was gone and the fire happened not even two months after that so it made everything 100 times worse for all of us because I was still using. Both myself and my son are both living with his grandmother and at the time she was acting like she did not mind if I went to the 5 star hotel that she was put up in, she also did not care once she got a temporary house, all she asked is that I did not smoke in the house and I couldn’t even respect her that much and it wasn’t even her house and she didn’t even smoke anything or do any drugs ever in her life. So she couldn’t stand me. she knew all about addiction now because both my sons father and his younger sister we’re both attics at the time. His sister is in recovery now unfortunately he never got the chance to get out of the vicious cycle before he met his maker and I know he’s in heaven because he had a heart of gold and he treated me and my son like gold. Plus me being in and out of active addiction because she refused to put up with it from me . In fact her son, my son‘s father is the one who started giving me pills at the time all I did was smoke marijuana and I was only 19 years old so I really didn’t know anything about addiction because my dad got clean supposedly off of everything except marijuana once I was born I don’t believe it because of things that I found that I still remember when I was older than eight years old. So my mom raised my younger brother and sister but my dad raised mainly me and my sister because he became disabled when I was very young I couldn’t even tell you how old I was but my mom was always the number one breadwinner she was one of the highest people of in the corporation for General Motors( the plant not a dealership.) My sister and I were only two years apart whereas my brother and I are eight years apart, he is the youngest of the three of us. My sister was an alcoholic but she never did drugs ever and she passed away when she was 31 I’m sorry a month and a day before she turned 31 and my mom passed on my sister‘s 31st birthday. I lost two of the most important people in my life in a month. My sister also left behind my four month old nephew, so I stepped up and I took him in as my own and he does call me mommy but that’s because I think he learned it more from my kids because like I said my kids ages before he is right in the middle because he’s six years old. So I am doing great, I have my own place, I’m raising 4 kids one of them who isn’t biologically my son because she died when he was so young even though his father always talked about her he didn’t really know how to talk to my nephew about her because he was so young and my brother-in-law was also heartbroken. He spiraled out of control when she passed as far as with messing with other women and using them but he has always been a great father. In my opinion, to my nephew the only thing I don’t agree with is the woman thing because anyone can fake anything unless you really do a deep background check into that person you don’t know what they could’ve possibly done in the past and he is way to naïve to know that. Unfortunately, I learned that the hard way at a very young age. I apologize for this very long message or should I say comment. IlI’m starting to feel like we’re friends and I’m talking to you like we’re pretty close friends. lol. I believe that you are my very favorite artist in this entire world because I have never heard anyone else ever in my life that I could relate to more because I can relate to 99% of your story, the things you write, whether by your poetry, music or rants. Anyway, I love your poetry I can relate to that in so many ways. I love your music because I love rap and I love white women who can rap. I also love the fact that you extended your wings outside of NA when you were ready and now you do so many more things that are really helping people and I have to give your mom a huge shout out for all the work she has done for you because she knows firsthand because I heard her story as well. Of course I would’ve text my mother to if she had a story like your mom it was my father that was the addict and had a heart that was black in my opinion. I did not shed a tear when he cried and I was only 18 years old that’s how bad it got for me, my sister and my baby brother because he was only ten when my dad died. I am going to end this year because I do believe I repeated myself probably two or three times with a few things and I have severe mania and I happen to be very manic right now and I refuse to take anything that will put me to sleep in any kind of way Because of things my daughter used to do at night when I was on medication for my depression and anxiety I was also misdiagnosed with my mental health. From the age of 16 all the way until the age of 32 I really believe that was bipolar two after going to a partial hospitalization program for nine months and completing the program the first in my entire life. I am actually bipolar one and I was taking so much medication for the bipolar too to try and help the anxiety and depression it was knocking me out. So I had no choice but to get off of it. Once I was re-diagnosed The doctor wanted me on Seroquel and I hate that medication I had been on it before. It turns me into a zombie I pass out and cannot hear anything also I gain a lot of weight every time I’ve been on it. So basically you know my whole story now if you do read this comment because I know it’s very long and again I apologize for that because I’m talking into my phone and hoping that what I am saying in the punctuation marks that I’m using are coming out right LMFAO but I’m going to end this now. I hope one day I do get a response from you because I am very new to your group on Facebook. I just found the page on RUclips or I could see everything and anything so I have listened to a lot of your things both old and new and you are my absolute favorite artist in this world in every way you have a gorgeous voice, I love your lyrics, and what you say is so passionate. That’s it, have a wonderful night because it’s night time right now. I hope that I can catch you on one of your lives so I can comment and hopefully you can respond back it’s not your mom or whoever you have working for you now because I know she works for you back in 2020 or 2019 I forget because I am going to become one of your biggest supporters if not the biggest.
