- Mango Sandesh is a Bengali sweet recipe which is very popular in Bengal. It is made using mango pulp. In this recipe I haven't used any color or mango essence. This is purely made with real ripe mango and chhana (Indian cottage cheese).
Ingredients:
Chhana (Indian cottage cheese) - 200 gms
Mango pulp puree - 1 whole ripe mango
Sugar - 3-4 tbs
Milk powder or Mawa - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Chopped pistachios - for garnishing
