Pretty sure they initially claimed it with Glasgow but it came out after the fact it was untrue. Thus it was created on a false premise. And even if Glasgow did have a problem, what's their excuse for everywhere else
@@ResistingTheLies I think Hope Street was the worst for a while with the amount of old busses heading to the bus station, modern engines on large vehicles are way cleaner than ever.
I hope that the councils that introduce this will be happy to see more shops closing for good the high street's are dying a death as it is this could just be the nail in the coffin .
