We have reviewed our use of on-screen captions during an Adjournment Debate at the House of Commons called ‘Trends in Excess Deaths’.
There were concerns that the captions, which outlined the NHS guidance on vaccines for Covid-19 and other diseases, showed bias against Andrew Bridgen MP who was making a speech that challenged the Government’s position on the safety and efficacy of the Covid-19 vaccines.
It is normal practice to provide accurate information and context to these debates on screen and in this case it was an important aspect of our coverage due to the nature of the assertions being made in relation to public health.
However, we accept that there was a lack of consistency in our use of these captions and that the number posted during the speech was not proportionate, nor always relevant,
which created the incorrect impression that there was an editorial approach in relation to the views expressed.
We apologise for this and are reviewing the way we use captions during such proceedings.

My dad died 12 days after the jab. He was in a care home, I had LPA and gave Clear instructions he was not to have it! They ignored me. They also left him in bed with blood clots, heart failure and double phneumoina and NEVER called a doctor. Despite the fact I emailed them and told them he was not well and to get someone out to see him. I got him out and was rushed to hospital where they confirmed all the symptoms. I kept a diary and videos. So traumatic. We are now taking the dr and the home to court. If anyone can help,us we set up a go fund me for justice for Richard baylis. Thank you.
My grandma and I both told her care home that she DID NOT WANT IT. THEY IGNORED US AND GAVE IT TO HER ANYWAY. I found out after she was transferred to a new home. Well I would like compensation at least but would not return to my job. I know others with the same view. Registered Nurses with years of experience won't go back into nursing as they were discriminated against. They were told to leave, sacked because of gross misconduct. What the hell?????

I can't imagine what the currently employed nurses and such are dealing with, but the hospitals made their bed here. Sadly we know it's not the execs suffering the consequences.

I was pestered to have the clot shot by my GP surgery and I kept refusing as I have umpteen autoimmune conditions and there had been no trials carried out on those with pre-existing conditions so I deemed it unsafe for me. Then a few months later after being assured it was safe they had to officially declare it as unsafe for anyone with my pre-existing blood clotting condition to have it. Thank goodness I was able to think for myself and not put my trust in those I should be able to trust to have my best interests at heart.
Well done. It is sad that we cannot trust those we should be able to trust. My ex GP insisted I take the second shot of poison even though I had lost my ability to walk without aid after the 1st one. I couldn't believe my ears.

I had the Pfizer one eventually as I was going to lose my job (this was almost at what was in fact the 'end' of it all.). 16 days later I had a heart attack. Was told it was a blood clot. Not overweight, NEVER smoked, hardly drank (because I cannot afford to!). Ended up having stents on 10 different meds a day AND when I went to cardiac rehab, discovered 10 out of the 12 other people there were the same as me. I have now retired and feel tired .ill (unbelievably angry) and depressed.

@@somethingkindawonderful3034 Yes I am, and grateful too. However, it did kill my Mother in law (my mum dies at the same time but from a fall). I only caught it AFTER i ha had the vac though, and worked solidly throughout the pandemic within the justice system, meeting a wide variety of the type of people who had quite concerning health problems (drugs, drink, never washing or eating, dreadful health issues, some coming in already having the illness and I NEVER got it until after I had had the jab. Now I am not well enough to work and miss it terribly. I am now a burden for the first time in my life. It is not a blessing it is a daily, constant worry for my poor hubby who still panics and finds it hard to sleep as he watches me breathing so often. He is exhausted yet still manages to work a full time job. However, it is kind of you to comment as you did and I am more appreciative of things that were small tome previously. Take care.

My wife and I chose not to get any vaccines and were shunned by family and friends to the point where we felt detached from society. We had convinced my mother at age 86 not to get any shots because we were following all the studies worldwide and they seemed to point towards the same suggestion. Unfortunately, when my wife and I contracted CV-19 at the end of April in 2021, my mother was convinced by others to get vaccinated. She had her first Pfizer shot early May 2021; the second in early June and died of Covid-19 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts on August 8, 2021.
My younger brother was told if he didn't get he's vax he'd be dismissed as a Dr so he took the vax 3 weeks later he died writing a script for he's patent he took a massive blud clot and it ruppturd he's main artery
We all need to be supporting these lawsuits, and if they go forward and we see any wins, we need to immediately include social media companies that actively participated in the lies, and the coverup by banning our voices. The people responsible for hiding the voices of doctors, nurses, and other scientists that were blowing the whistle on these vaccines need to be held accountable and punished. That goes for RUclips, Twitter, Facebook, etc..

I'm an unvaccinated healthcare worker, I know what you're talking about. Don't give them more power by being angry, you have control over your emotions. I was admited to hospital on monday (got out yesterday) and was astonished at the amount of people who are suffering from pericarditis. I asked 3 of those people who i got to know if they got the vaccine, and they said yes. I was in a cardiac ward myself and could hear the doctors and nurses talking to patients, so could tell there where many suffering from it. I was in for atrial fibrillation myself, but im not vaccinated. This is in Ireland.
Yes, covid did increase the rate of heart issues. About 100x to 1,000x higher rate of pericarditis for those with severe covid (usually the anti-vaxxers) vs those who got a simple vaccine. So few heart issues from those who received the vaccine that I'm astonished people still think the issue is the vaccine. Makes no sense whatsoever.

Thank you for your tireless work John. I listen to you far more than I do the politicians when it comes to health issues. Your talk today-you could have been talking about me! All those physical symptoms began less than a week after my third jab. I am a person who keeps chemicals out of the house and who does not use flee/tic powder or vaccinations or wormers unless absolutely necessary for my dogs to avoid their chances of getting cancer. I took the jabs because I thought I would be protecting others. Sadly the opposite has happened to me. I was a fit/healthy 76 year old. Still happily working and capable of walking for miles. I won't go on-its depressing....

I stopped listening to the radio because I was so disgusted with the way all media was handling things. All scaremongering. Whipping up gullible people by frightening them. For me I particularly remember Jeremy Vine had a lot to say on the matter. He was very scathing of people who decided against it inciting hatred towards them.

My mum is in her eighties and didn’t want the covid vaccine, only the flu jab. Nurses just turned up to give her the covid vaccine and she felt unable to say no. After phoning her she sounds really ill but was fine a week ago. This seems very coercive to me.
This coercive behavior against the elderly- who are much more likely to bow to authority- has been reported by other concerned people elsewhere. I think this needs investigating.

Can't explain to you how great I feel to have not taken the vax. 28 years old now and during covid times people of all ages treated me as a leper. Always stuck to my choices and had an answer back for everything they asked me. My god it feels great to see those same faces at work etc and talk about old times like they were completely loopy and I was actually the sane one!

My friends mum died two weeks following the AstraZeneca jab due to a large blood cloth. Previously she was completely healthy. Despite the family insisting this be registered as vaccine death, it was refused. Here in Australia.
Claudia; you raise a very good point; so there may be other cases like this... and one thing I have thought about... there are cases reported soon after the shot but what if say in a year or two later someone develops some symptoms; if so this would raise the number of adverse reactions even higher. It surprises me that the whole thing has not been called off and thoroughly investigated.

I was never against the jib jab, I was just one who wanted to wait and see how this would pan out. I was called crazy and blah blah blah and told both my sons that if they wanted the vaccine then they would have to be 18 and choose for themselves. It was absolutely crazy how the school system was pushing the vaccines and making school age children feel like they needed to be fully vaccinated.....silly me. Fast forward and my oldest son joined the Navy so I knew that he would be required to take the vaccine but myself and my youngest son still hadn't (me by choice and him because I wouldn't comply) however, we found out that in order to attend my oldest son's boot camp graduation in December of 2022 my son and I would have to produce proof that we were fully vaccinated. I felt so defeated because nothing was going to keep me from seeing my oldest son graduating boot camp. He would be the third generation to join the military after my father and myself. So, my youngest son and I received our vaccines by the end of October 2022 and not even a WEEK later the command at Great Mistakes dropped the mandatory vaccine in order to attend boot camp. Now I worry every single day that I gave my youngest son a death sentence. I can't even worry about myself, but I love both my son's so much and only wanted the best for them both.

I know, this is of great concern to you. As you both appear to be fine until now and quite some time has passed, I am 100% sure it has not caused any harm to you. The symptoms would show rather quickly.
You know it raises a lot of questions in my mind... for instance we have no laws against drinking alcohol yet there are misdemeanors associated with drinking... serious ones like car crashes... and yet here is a flu that we are not entirely sure has killed how many? And I hope no one badgers you about taking the vax; I have seen insulting comments to people who did and one of the reasons was that full details had not yet come out as to reports of adverse reactions; more and more is coming out now but before all we heard was that it was a good thing and one was at fault by not complying.
A healthy good friend of mine died suddenly as a quick and direct result of the vaccination. He’d felt pressured by the guilt-trip that was laid upon the people of Queensland, Australia. Shameful. Horrendously shameful. There can be no compensation for those who lost their lives.

A colleague of mine from the office was paralysed from the neck down for several months after the vaccine. He recovers slowly but will most likely never fully recover. These fines should not be paid by the government i.e. public money (so you don’t pay for the poison, administration and the antidote) but from the pockets of the big pharmaceutical companies and politicians who allowed this to happen… but that’s a pipe dream of mine.
The best way to ensure justice is to sue the individuals: that way they can't hide behind their departments and they will have to pay their own legal fees. That would cure things very quickly but, for some reason, no lawyers are talking about this: probably because short cases aren't lucrative enough for them.

I'm not vaccines but don't feel on any high ground,trusted what I felt at the time given every other source said differently. I can only think now of the amount of people not here and some of the inhuman treatments, parties and family not here who should be. Yet it goes still on today . It worries me for future powers but I dislike people not fighting back just moaning about things . You know the saying your life depends on it will it really does. Start mailing your MP for all our sakes

Isn't it amazing how with 20/20 hindsight, what was SO MANDATED, SO SAFE & EFFECTIVE and SO NECESSARY is now looked at by ALL of those who were part of the cabal of power as innocent, unknowing bystanders who were merely looking out for 'the good of the people'. Everything that ever happened leaves evidence of those things- just because we can't see that doesn't mean it can't be seen.

The problem is there is zero accountability and the courts are corrupt so I really don’t see a court case doing anything?
Plenty of nhs Dr and nurses told injectees of the effectiveness of the COVID jab that those who didn't want the jab were selfish and that they should think of others. I think all those who are genuinely guilty of crimes should feel the full weight of the law. And, those in the nhs who lied to patients I hope you feel shame for your part in those who are suffering for a long time.
