This video was originally going to be a fair bit longer but I decided to crop some of the footage out to shrink it down a bit, and it’s still long!
This bus has recently come back to Bundoora to help with the added demand for rail vehicles.
This bus was used as a Shepparton town bus for a while, but it was more recently known as “Chitty Chitty Jab Jab”, a mobile health unit for Latrobe Regional Health. Dysons kindly provided 4 of these old buses throughout the COVID-19 pandemic to be used primarily for mobile vaccinations.
It’s a pretty decent sounding unit which has been well looked after. A unique feature of this bus is the singular wheelchair space, and subsequently, a slightly different front saloon seating layout.
