I have bad news for you. You cannot blast evo on Quantumon if you are unaffected by Digimon Card effects. She doesnt say unaffected to opponents digimon card effects but to Digimon card effects in general, that means all your own card's digimon card effects too. So if you correctly call Digimon then she is unaffected by the Blast Digivolution effect of Paladin Mode Ace in your Hand and cannot he Digivolved by the card.

​@@MrJsStrategyPlays unfortunately this is the case. There are no Q&A's for this but you can refer to one of the Judges on the Bandai Organized Play D.i.s.c. o.r.d s for the ruling. I'm a judge irl but obviously I wouldn't answer on the tread.
